MAC College and Career Prep Receives Grant from Ocean Reef Community Foundation

The Mexican American Council (MAC) is honored to have been awarded the Ocean Reef Community Foundation Community Grant for the 2021-2022 school year. Grant funds will help support MAC’s College and Career Prep program.

Through this academic program, high school seniors and college students are empowered and given the tools necessary to succeed and to move towards a career and/or completing a college degree.

These resources are made possible through the generous support of our partners, such as the Ocean Reef Community Foundation (ORCF). The scholarships and laptops awarded to exemplary graduates at the annual Farmworker Student Recognition Ceremony are only a few examples of the countless opportunities given to the children of farmworkers in our community through ORCF grant funding.
